trying to display Picture on grid cell using SQL override like below SELECT viewPicPartList.Picture FROM viewPicPartList WHERE viewPicPartList.PartNo = viewAgentPriceList.PartNo but it is displaying  System.Byte[   insted of showing the picture in the overide cell

i want to run some actionset when the screen is loading first time. how can i do that?

any update on this mater. i just want to remove some activity we wrongly recored and deleted later from the exsisting case dialog. if not it is look not profesional if our customer can see deleted activity  from his portal.
