  • Adding Report to screen

    Thought I added a report to my customer screen. Report called Lead sheet.  The screen says it was published but the report does not show up.   Also did not see the prompts where I can indicate what records to process. Thanks MIchele

    I have set up several leads in Method.  Currently I am creating estimates directly in QB.  Since the 'lead' was not in QB when I created an estimate I also created a 'duplicate' customer.  The only thing I can think of to work around this is to go to Method and update the 'Lead only' or 'active ...

    Also tried sending out the template as an activity - send email.  Can't find the SEND button.-  I see now that I need to Save and complete.     I am trying to get up to speed quickly on this and got stuck.     Hi Amanda This is the message I get after reset "computer ..." and full sync - The Method Integration Engine on your computer is currently disconnected. No synchronization can be performed until the Method Integration Engine connects to the server. Michele

  • New computer - Can't restore Method Sync

    My computer died and I had to purchase a new one and move all my apps over.  What can I do to restore the sync? Tried to de-install and re-install and something is still wrong.  Getting this message. Method Push™ status: Disconnected on 0.0.0:0 since 9/28/2009 2:35:35.   Thanks   Michele

     Amanda, Since I have tried several add-ins etc over the past couple years, per your suggestion, I reinstalled Outlook on my PC.   The result was a bit messy.  The new install disconnected me from my .pst file so I initially lost my data.  Got that back, although now it shows up in a seperate folder.  Still ...
