    Yes it does work. With the search not working on the mobile login we wanted to find a workaround. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

    Thanks Paul. I believe that I have everything done with the exception of number 3. I am not sure how to implement the last instruction....... How do we input what the secondary email? How do I implement your instruction to number 3? I have watched the tutorials on customization but this seems a little out of the scope of what they explained ...

  • can two email addresses be associated with one employee

    We have a need for an employee to receive his workorders at two different email addresses .  We have tried using a comma and a semicolon and both would not work. Any ideas?

    Thank You Ronen, I have been using a different field service application for the past two years and we were able to assign the Work Orders to multiple people for the simple reason that many jobs require more than one person.  In that case it would show up in the calendar that both employees would be on that job.  For scheduling that ...
