Method Community

 I am using Method with a custom web portal based on the included Quickbooks Timesheet screen. I have a problem exporting to Excel.  The total number of hours displayed at the bottom of the hours grid is not always getting included on the export to excel spreadsheets.  Only some.  Intermittend, ugh.  

Yup, I verified it and it does appear to be working now thanks!  The PDF Export works too. Happy Friday Indeed!  I will join you in a very soon! Can we do a screen sharing session next Monday so I can demonstrate my other problem, the apostrophe in a user name problem? Thanks!!    

The export to excel is a bigger problem right now.  I ran a javascript debug window and came up with this.  Does this give you anything useful? (edited by Method Support for security purposes - please never share URLs of your account login, or javascript outputs on the forum) 

The only action in the button is Export Grid to Excel.  I added an Export Grid to PDF button and I get the same error when using the portal.  The buttons work fine when I am in signed into Method using the tabs in Method, but I need it to work in the portal for the employees. I am also seeing this problem on a portal I created based on the Quickbooks_Timesheet. Clicking on "Download Excel Report" on the pop-up that says "Your file is ready to be downloaded.  Click the link below to download your file:", I get this error... 404 - File or directory not found.
