What goes in the 'Name' field when importing new leads, Company Name or Lead (Person) Name? I'm importing from excel. Ben -  Thanks. I'm pretty sure you have nailed it. I think the recipient had images blocked when retreiving emails. Thus, the picture didn't show up in the email until the recipient requested the picture to be downloaded.  The issue is closed. Thanks a pile. Jim

Ben -  I did upload the image the from the email template. The image displays when you go to the address. Thus, it should download with the HTML script. But it apparently doesn't.
