&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m new to using Method and just getting things set up.&amp;nbsp; I need to categorize my customers and leads like (retail, resellers, distributors) so I can send different emails and generate a report on them.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;d also like to be able to categorize&amp;nbsp;by industry and many other metrics.&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Looks Like tags would be an easy way to do this but I&amp;#39;m wondering if there are limitations and if it would be better to use a custom field instead?&lt;/p&gt;
