Hi.. I accidently entered the wrong password 4 times and now I am locked out. How can my password be reset?

negative/postive indicator for amounts

Maybe I missed it but where is the negative/postive indicator for amounts in Methods? On Methods the dollar amounts in the Database or Chart of Accounts do not show a Negative/Positive indicator. For example our Accounts Payable is ($500). but it appears in Chart of Accounts as $500. So its unnecessarily difficult to know if the amounts are a postive or negative.

1. In which Method QB DB table and fieldname can we find the beginning $ balances by account? Is it in the ACCOUNT table?

2. The Method QB Tables (transactions) show all $ balances as positive, even when they are negative. Where is the Debit/Credit indicator?

Thanks for your response...

I am still getting the same error ssl message. Here is what I have done so far.

1. Made sure Methods was added to my trust list on my IE browser

2. When into one of my ASPX projects and Updated the Methods Web Server

3. Re-boot my machine

4. https://www.methodintegration.com/methodapi/service.asmx ... I'm able to access this url with no problem

Will try on a few diff. machines and see what happens.

Amanda.. I do have another question about the reports, Is there a way to drill-down in the reports like there is in QB. Like from an account to the transactions?

Also if this is not possible, does methods carry enought QB data to reconstruct a report from scratch. Are beginning and ending balances carried in the methods tables. Is this even possible to get the balances?
