Is is possible to do a customization where select screen input data on a customized screen is posted to a shared calendar that can be seen by non method users?

I am currently using the Print Preview button and e-mailing them individually which is time consuming.

I noticed there is a “to be e-mailed” box that can be checked but I don’t know how that works.

I just reviewed the vendor webinar but it did not discuss the “to be mailed” function of Method.

Is there a way to e-mail multiple purchase orders to the same party without having to send them individually?

Color Coded Item Bar Not Saving

We have a custom designed color coded bar tied to item selections on the Sales Order Screen that prints out on a modified sales order report. I have modified the text on both the screen and report to change the item name from a previous name (done to reflect our brand changes). While the text change has taken hold and prints out correctly, the color coded bar does not save on these changed items. When you go back to the sales order table to reopen a sales order with brands where the name has been changed, the item color bar from the last viewed sales order appears in lieu of the bar that had been previously selected and saved on that sales order.

Is there some programming I can do on the item code so that these newly renamed items save the color bar correctly?

Printing Reports

Hi:

I'm designing a report. When I print it, the Method tabs appear on the printed copy. Is there any way to modify the report (sales order) so that the tabs do not appear on the printed copy?

When using the Report Designer, can you add a dropdown customer list (Customer_fld) to select the customer data for only one customer? If so, how would one do this?

Hi:

We are a small manufacturing company looking to share Quickbooks Premier among 5 users at multiple locations. Our need is to integrate customer vendor data (name, address, pricing, etc) among sales, logistics and accounting. The Method Integration technology seems to be a perfect solution avoiding the need to go to a full blown server environment. Unfortunately, due to cross border government privacy restrictions, they have been unable to share customer references with us. I'd welcome any feedback existing Method Customers might have regarding their satisfaction (or problems) with the product, service and the appropriateness of the software for our needs.
