&lt;p&gt;It is possible to create a Class Library project and add the proxy (Expand the project in the Solution Explorer &amp;gt; Right-click Dependencies &amp;gt; Add Connected Service) to it. Then, add the Class Library reference to the &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.apps4rent.com/blog/azure-database-migration-service/" target="_blank"&gt;Azure &lt;/a&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.apps4rent.com/blog/azure-database-migration-service/" target="_blank"&gt;data migration&lt;span id="mce_5_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Function.
