&lt;p&gt;Is there a way to do a complete reset - start all over again with an empty Method database, select a new QuickBooks file and go from there?&lt;/p&gt;

However, on the Work Order list if I select a work order, and then say Invoice Selected Work Orders, I get a pop-up form that requires that I choose the related A/R account. However, no account appears in the dropdown list - just an error message. I do have an AR account in the system, but it does not show up on that list.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since there is no AR account selected, I cannot invoice the&amp;nbsp;work order. &lt;p&gt;One way I could imagine doing this would be to just create a new table, like &amp;quot;Unapproved Timesheets&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; Manage the data in there until it gets all the approvals, and then use actions to move the record into the Timesheets table. This sounds managable but a little awkward. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there any way to add new fields to an existing QuickBooks&amp;nbsp;table like Timesheets (new fields would manage the approvals) and then &lt;strong&gt;prevent the sync engine from pulling the records into Method&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; until the approvals happen?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or is there some other way of addressing process flow? I searched the forum for process flow, process managment, and approvals but did not get any joy.&lt;/p&gt;

In that table there will be a number of fields, including two dropdowns that refer to users. One will be &amp;quot;worker&amp;quot; and one will be &amp;quot;supervisor&amp;quot;. (so I guess my first question is - how do I create a dropdown that refers to method users).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I will create two new roles - worker and supervisor. I want workers to only be able to view and edit cases where they are the worker. And then I want supervisors to only be able to view and edit the cases where they are the supervisor. So how do I set up those roles?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For example, each lawyer can see their clients, but no one else&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or some people can write to a record, other people can only read it? And can I do this on a custom table?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, on the filtering I have tried a couple more times and always get the same result - every customer is selected, even when I specify leads only.&lt;/p&gt;

I have filled out the server name, username, and password in My Account. I have doublechecked that data and am sure it is correct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I then created an activity, clicked on the email tab, and entered my own email address in both the to and from fields. I created a test email, clicked on the &amp;quot;Send Email&amp;quot; checkbox, and then clicked on &amp;quot;Save, Complete and Close.&amp;quot; However, I have not received the email. I have done this a couple times, including waiting a couple days, and have not seen anything. I have turned off my spam filtering, that did not help.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please help me figure out how to send an email out!&lt;/p&gt;
