Method Warehouse offered additional features as well, but these were the primary feature gaps in QB that are now filled by Intuit.

You have to purchase Enterprise Solutions and then you have to purchase QBES Advanced Inventory for $600 per year, but we just implemented these features of a client with great success.

Now we're working to get them on Method for everything else (e.g. CRM, Case Management, Quoting, etc.)

Re: Basic Math In Grid

Within a grid - for an integer field the event has to be "lose focus." Text change does not work as an event.

Re: problem (date change) entering employee time

Dave,

I had the same issue happen with a client of mine last week. They downloaded time from my Pendulum product and then the time was one day in the past. Only time dated between October 23 and November 4 was affected. All time downloaded into QB prior to October 23 and after November 4 was unaffected.

Also, to sync with QB in Pendulum you have to approve the time. Time that was not approved (and therefore not synchronized with QB) did not have a date change. All time withint the date range above did have a date change.

I built a loop through the table to roll the affected records forward by one day. I will make another entry if we have the problem happen again. This is the only client with this issue - that I know of.

Importing into Method from Excel

I'm attempting to import into Method from an Excel spreadsheet. I downloaded the utility and watched the webinar that Ryan presented. I'm getting an error message that there is an unknown library or catalog. I'm using Windows Vista with Office 2007. When I attempt to install Soap Type Library 3.0 from the Microsoft site I see that there are options for Office XP and Office 2003 but no options for Office 2007. I also see that Microsoft stopped supporting the Soap Type Library in March 2008.

What options do I have for using the Excel import tool with Windows Vista and Office 2007?

When I used Mozilla to download and run the installer it would not work. When I used IE it did. Anyone else have a problem with Mozilla? I have the most recent version and have run all Mozilla updates.
