&lt;p&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Account Lock-out</title><link>http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/p/522/1709.aspx#1709</link><pubDate>Sat, 21 Nov 2009 19:37:31 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">3393c1ec-311b-4812-96cb-ad8c611bba4f:1709</guid><dc:creator>Selectsg</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;I am a new&amp;nbsp;Method user, and I was working on set-up and customization today (Saturday, 11/21).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;After&amp;nbsp;adding some users (non log-in type), the system has locked me out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;When I attempt to log-in&amp;nbsp;it does not recognize my user name (the admin log-in with which I have logged in many times), and when I try to retrieve password, it does not recognize my account name.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Has anyone else had this issue occur?&amp;nbsp; As a new user, and one for which access to the&amp;nbsp;Method&amp;nbsp;web-based application on a&amp;nbsp;Saturday is important, the&amp;nbsp;sudden lock-out and no access to Customer Support on a&amp;nbsp;weekend&amp;nbsp;is concerning.&lt;/p&gt;
