&lt;li&gt;Unfortunately to my knowledge, there is no way to prevent this splash window from showing. Currently, since this add-in is in beta, you should be seeing this update window once every three days; However when this plug-in will go out of beta, you would see it once a month or less.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Unfortunately right now, in Outlook in &amp;quot;Add Contact&amp;quot; window, there is no way to know whether the contact was already added to Method or not. This however can be a great feature and I&amp;#39;ll be sure to suggest feature to be implemented for the next major release of Outlook Add-in.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Unfortunately, contact updates are not synchronized between Outlook and Method.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can easily synchronize appointment updates between Outlook and Method. In order to do that, just click &amp;quot;Synchronize&amp;quot; button. If you would like to synchronize updates only for specific appointments, you can select them and then click &amp;quot;Send Selected Appointments To Method&amp;quot; button. If you&amp;#39;ve modified appointment in Outlook, it will get updated in Method and similarly if&amp;nbsp;you&amp;#39;ve modified appointment in Method, it will get updated in Outlook.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am happy that it works for you now. The problem for sure has nothing to do with category color coding feature, since Outlook Plug-in fully supports and implements appointment color coding. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For example for all appointments that have status completed in Method, you can assign color red, and every time you synchronize appointments, all &amp;quot;red&amp;quot; appointments will be assigned category &amp;quot;Completed&amp;quot; when synchronized from Outlook to Method and all completed appointments will automatically get a &amp;quot;red&amp;quot; category in Outlook, when synchronized from Method to Outlook.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Click Method Setup icon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Under Method Account Settings Tab enter your information and click &amp;quot;Save&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Under Appointment Details Tab enter all appropriate information and click &amp;quot;Save Sync Settings&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Click Exit&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Select a single appointment and click &amp;quot;Send Selected Appointment To Method&amp;quot;. Go through sync wizard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. If synchronization was successfull, try adding an appointment the way you did earlier.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Reply to me saying whether the steps above worked or not.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If it wasn&amp;#39;t successfull, did you get any new error messages?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And also, if you see old Method Outlook plug-in buttons, that may be a cause of the problem, since old and new versions might be conflicting. You might need to remove it first. I beleive old&amp;nbsp;Method Outlook plug-in was called MethodCRM, so try uninstalling it first.&lt;/p&gt;
