&lt;p&gt;Yesterday, Judy and I&amp;nbsp;finally figured out the right&amp;nbsp;email settings for us to send&amp;nbsp;activity emails to one another.&amp;nbsp; Both of us have the role of Admin within Method.&amp;nbsp; Everytime, I go into Account and change the email settings to me, it changes for her.&amp;nbsp; Should this be?&amp;nbsp; Also, yesterday we were doing fine with emailing.&amp;nbsp; Today I am getting this error message:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went into the customize screen entered&amp;nbsp;my email server address, user name and password.&amp;nbsp; (When I type in my password, it says &amp;quot;Settings applied successfully.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; Yet&amp;nbsp;the password is blank without any as-treks or anything.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;It won&amp;#39;t allow me to change that time, if I click on the field it just continues to repeat the time over and over again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Is there a way to change the default to a time&amp;nbsp;that we want, so that it will be correct?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, we have list&amp;nbsp;limitations in Quickbooks. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I create a project for my team to work on, I don&amp;#39;t&amp;nbsp;want it to show up as a job in QB.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I want to have Method be a central communication place for my team and not have those projects get caught up on the QuickBooks side of things.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
