Before uninstalling the Method Plug-In, I checked all of my Outlook settings as per the above document. My settings matched the recommendations. It works well, however, I've been told by some of my email receipients that they are now receiving my attachments as a proprietary Microsoft formatted "winmail.dat" file instead of as a pdf. The attachments are primarily invoices that I send through QB Enterprise. I also tried printing the invoice to a PDF printer, saving and attaching it to an outgoing email.

How can I resolve this so that I can use the Method Plug-In and still send my Invoice files as PDFs through QB Enterprise? (Not everyone uses Outlook to check their mail.)

I opened my Method account last weekend. Was able to sync my company file without any problem, and experiment in the CRM module. Now I am unable to connect to the CRM module. I get to the Method Solution Provider Portal and that's it. Can you help me?

Thank you.
