Restore Opportunity Screen

We modified an Opportunity Screen and had it working fine. In its original format there is an Existing Opportunities grid on top and and an Add/Edit table (screen, grid?) below. Ours has somehow morphed into showing only the Existing Opps grid with tabs accross the top, Add/Edit being one of the tabs along with Activities, Invoices, Estimates, and Documents. How can we get the original format back, with the grid above and table below. (Sorry if my terms are not exact).

Opportunity "Name" added to Activity Screen

I have created an Activity(2) screen and would like to pull in the Opportunity Name. Can you give some direction on that. The Opportunity Number is there, along with Client and Contact, Contact phone etc. I can click on the Opp # and go to the Opp from the Activity, but our sales team would like one Activity Screen that shows pertinent info along with Comments. I have everything except the Opportunity Name.

outlook plug in

When using the sync button in outlook, all of the activities are being created from Method into Outlook are defaulting to September 30 2010 at 5:00. None of the activities have that date standing on their own. Appointments syncing from Outlook to Method appear to be OK and going to the right place.

There is also a link to get version 2.1.37 (currently says i am on 2.1.34) but after several screens it says there is a later version available and it does not install.

Is there some way to get a list (printed or on the screen) of "All Opportunities"? Scrolling through at five at a time is the only thing I have been able to do.
