This filter allows you to create additional views but i was curious to know if additional "dropdowns" could be created? I'm looking to create additional dropdowns with values for cities.

I do understand that a user can enter the "city" value in the search box that appears at the top of the column but my problem for that is that the person using the grid may not know all of the cities that are available. Having a dropdown that is populated with these cities out be much more helpful.

Please let me know if you need more info....

Re: Existing Customer List Screen Column Order Can Not Be Changed

UPDATE:

Background:

- We customized the customer screen

- Added a column to the customer table called "CustomerTypeImport"

- Imported 300 records with values in the "CustomerTypeImport" column

- We then made a copy of the customer screen and called it "Leads"

Steps to reproduce issue:

- Edit the newly created "Leads" screen

- Remove the "Balance" column

- Add the following columns "BillAddressCity", "BillAddr2"

- Also add the "CustomerTypeImport" column

- Finally try to use the "Move" arrows to move the columns...

- You'll notice that nothing happens...

Background:

- Prior to importing the leads i created a lead within method

- I verified that lead did not pass into QuickBooks

- I exported the customer data file to see what all the fields for a "lead" looked like and noticed that the main difference was the "isleadstatus" field was set to true... Also i noticed the "isactive" is set to "true" as well

Steps to replicate:

- Make sure your Method is integrated with QuickBooks

- Export customer file with a lead as a csv file

- Add a bunch of leads (in my case i added 300 leads) to the csv file

- Import the csv file into the customer table

- Log into quickbooks and you will see the leads appearing

Please let me know if you need help replicating this...
