I did confirme that. yesterday..she is sitting at same computer all day - no other devices log-in. She is using Mozilla as a browser. - Beth

Hi Justin,

I just had a customer call me with this issue as well whereby her day is filled with 15+ messages that she has been timed out and when she goes back to log in - it tells her that she is already logged in, then in order to deal with it, she has to Log Out completely and log back in. These issues started with the new sign-in screen and session timing outs now becoming chronic. I have PDF's of the error messages - I can't seem to upload documents here so if you want to receive them please email me privately and I will attach to that.

Hello

I currently have a customer that wants to Adjust Quantities from an Estimate and have Multiple Work Orders (deliveries) per estimate. I have concluded the following;- could you let me know if I am correct - I have tested this several times:

1. Scheduling in Method is done through the Work Order - the work order when created from an estimate will not track the quantity delivered and keep remaining quantity on the Estimate form. This is why I conclude that there is a neeed for Multiple Work Orders and Invoices to keep accurate track of customer delivered quantities and balances.

2. The Sales Order in Method works the same way a Sales Order in QuickBooks works but it is NOT linking to the Work Order which is tracking your scheduling and deliveries.

Paul,

I was able to fix the issue - I was connecting to an old connection with Method for the connection ticket in 2012. I then did NOT use that connection and asked to setup a new connection at that point I got Number 12 and was able to hit NO. Finally, thanks for the BLOG! - Beth

Hi Paul,

I have been getting the exact same error message and I cannot get it to work again. I have reset the process several times using your blog link in the email thread. There also was not a step no. 12 when going through what Aaron when through. Could I get some tech support on this? This is my portal for my own company and it's driving me nuts as I get customers setup all the time.

Hi,

Method is pulling in all list items for REPS and CLASSES. I only want to see active items in Method. In QuickBooks the items are sorted properly for active and inactive. Do you have a recommendation to solve this?

TimeKeeping in Field Service and/or Timekeeping in Employee Center

Hi,

I am wanting two functions;

1. Tracking Job Time per Employee - Field Service Module - I see how to enter time there.

2. I need a daily time sheet for the Employee that is linked with Payroll; for example;

Time In: 8AM - Time Out: 5pm. Lunch 30 minutes.

Question: If the same employee logs time into the Field Service Module, will there time be linked to the Employee TimeKeeping Screen?

Can the employee do both? Can I have the field service module NOT link with the payroll time sheet in Employee timetracking for the same USER in Method/Employee?

Calendar views for Dispatcher

I have a dispatcher and owner that wants to see the Calendar view for all users. How do I customize the calendar view so that the dispatcher can see all users schedules?
