Invoice Preview from the Invoice Grid

I have created a Customer Portal so that my customers can log in and see their account activity. There's an Outstanding Invoice grid with Ref Number, Transaction Date, Due Date, and Amount.

On the grid, Ref Number has an action tied to it called Show Screen in Pop Up. This enables the user to click on an invoice reference number and have the invoice pull up on their screen.

Unfortunately, the invoice preview opens, but without any data (invoice number, items ordered, prices, etc). What am I doing wrong? Here are my action settings:

Choose an Action: Show screen in Pop Up

Screens: Invoice_PrintPreview

The Pop Up Screen: Has a Specified Record ID

Specify Record ID: Value from Screen

Invoices: RefNumber

I am using Internet Explorer 8, as that is the only browser installed on my system. I do have a co-worker with Google Chrome, so I'll give that a try. However, I'm suspecting several of my clients and customers are using IE, so I'll be interested to see if we can get this to work on IE.
