For instance, if I want to do a search for a specific, PO#, item number or item description across all estimates can I do this?

Denis,

Is this a manual process or can we make it so every transaction is automatically checked? Basically we want Method to be one direction. The end users are not Quickbook users so we wouldn't want them to make a mistake and then have that mistake transferred over to Quickbooks.

Best,

What is the best way to limit access to Method by endusers? I have ~200 companies that I want to provide access to for a salesperson leaving the remaining companies unaccessable. Alternatively, is there a way to limit access by area code?

Also, if I only want Method to sync in one direction (ie end users can not make changes that affect Quickbooks) what is the best way to do this?

Best,

Thanks for your post. I tried what you recommended but the custom field is not being populated in Method. I resynched with QB but nothing is coming up. Please advise or provide any other suggestions.

Pulling Custom Field From Quickbooks

I am trying to figure out the best way to pull a custom field into Method from Quickbooks. Within each of our estimates we have the company name (ship to) and the customers' name (custom field called customers with individual end users names) that we need to put into Method from estimates in Quickbooks. Any advice that you can give will be most helpful.
