Hi, Our estimates are not being sent to our customers again. Can you please check your server to see if they are hung again? This happened to us about 3 or 4 weeks ago.

OK, it now says client does not have permission to send on behalf of the from address.

Hi Naeem,

I just want to reconfigure my smtp so I can send emails through method. I had it working this morning using the office 365 mail server, but it stopped shortly after that. Any suggestions?

Hi Ben,

thanks for the reply. However, about an hour after I sent in this request, all of my test emails started flowing. So, they were hung on your end. Something happened, not sure what it was, but I started getting test estimates emailed to me about 2 hours after I submitted them. So, I am good for now.

Not able to email

Hey guys,

having an odd issue that started a few days ago. I have 2 users that send estimates and only one of us is able to actually get the email to our customers. We are both using the same default mail server settings and have been for years. Did something recently change on your end?

Any help would be appreciated.

That is very exciting news! so are you saying that with the new v2 we will be able to use the full browser version on a mobile device or are you saying there will be an app for us to utilize?

I also would like to say that recently i purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 and I have been utilizing methods full desktop version on the browser that comes with the device with no issues whatsoever ! this is huge! I have been trying different devices for the last three years and none of them worked probably with methods desktop version. is this because of the v2 platform or has that not been released yet?

If not, could you elaborate more on what the new version is going to allow us to do with mobile devices?

Hi Paul,

Is there any new development on this issue since your last post about year and half ago?

I was out today playing with iPad and the Samsung galaxy tabs and they seem to be a little better but still don't flow very well.
