Never mind. After a couple hours of fiddling around, I seemed to have fixed it. Not sure how, but it seems to be working.

How Can I Delete an Activity Type?

I somehow ended up with two entries for "Meeting" in my Activity Types. I watched the webinar on the Outlook plug-in, and it’s very clear that there is a field for follow-up comments. In fact, in the webinar, it is specifically stated and shown that you cannot select “Follow-up” and then not fill in the follow-up comments. Did this change in a later version after the demo?

Not Seeing "Follow-Up Comments" Field When Scheduling a Follow-Up

When I schedule a follow-up to an activity, I'm not seeing the field to enter follow-up comments.
The problem is that after entering a name in the "Lead Name" field, tab takes the user directly to Picture object, then to the Website Address field, then back to the 2nd field "Company Name", instead of navigating through the fields in conventional order.
Yes, it is possible for you to see which table a screen is based off of. All you need to do is to go to Customize > Screen, select edit for the screen in question then right click in the design area of the screen. A little box will appear and you'll have the option to "Show Summary" - here all the information about that screen is listed. This is a really neat new feature we added, it helps so much when you are trying to do customization.

How Can I Tell What Table a Screen is Based on?

How do I know what the main table for a screen is (other than if I happen to recognized the fields from the field list)?
