Thanks for the response. That would resolve getting the user to the portal, but would not solve them being authenticated in, right? Or am I missing something? Thanks.

To the Community and Method Staff:

We have been evaluating Method and find lots of things about it that we really like. A key problem that we have is that our Web site already has a registration/authentication service into which our members login.

Our need is for our users to be able to click on "My Invoices" for example and be logged in automatically to the method portal services. The initial response to this inquiry was "there is no way to do that right now."

I am writing back to inquire if anyone has any ideas even if solved through a paid engagement?

Thank you for the response. We specifically do not want the user to have to log in. They will already be logged into our site and we are seeking a method of SSO integration so that the access is seamless. Thoughts on approach? Thanks

Hello,

We are evaluating Method and are impressed! A quick question to the community on Website integration.

Our objective is to make the contact portal available to our customers through our current website which is a CMS. Our intention is to use a wrapper (iframe) and give the user a menu itemt to take them to this self help area. We have seen the API documentation but do not see a facility for how we would pass credentials for a given session so that the user would be authenticated into the contact portal to view the information related to them. I appreciate any existing posts or documentation to assist in this. Thanks!
