I want to be able to view the sales price (not cost) of an item in the estimate screen and if changed will update the rate of the item sales price in quickbooks. I am not seeing where to link the two.

My EstimateLine grid cost is showing the actual cost although in other posts I see it is actually supposed to show the rate because that is what it points to. I've checked several parts and they are all showing the actual cost of the part not the rate. However when I do a print preview it no longer shows the cost, it shows the rate. Shouldnt the screen match what is printed when it is pulling from the same field?? I dont understand what is going on. Please help!

I should also add this is the standard estimate screen, not a customized one.

I am having this same problem with my method. The estimate line gride is showing the actual cost even though it is pointing to the rate field and should show the rate. I do not want employees to see the cost. However what is odd is when I do a print preview it does not show the cost, rather shows the rate. Shouldnt the screen match what is printed?

Problem adding drop down in new table -

I created a new table, added a new drop down field and chose to pull data from an existing table that I have already used in other screens. When I select the table I want, all I see is Record ID, I dont see any of the other fields no matter which existing table I choose.

If I edit a screen and add a dropdown object and add it that way then it works and I can see all the fields within the table.

Any idea why I can't add it the proper way? I need to get this field in an existing table.
