We're not using the New CRM and yes we're using customized screens (copy of original, translated to brazilian portuguese).

We had been using Method around 2 years, until now our sales staff share oportunities between themselves, I mean sales-user1 can see/modify records from sales-user2. Right now due to a strategic changes in sales process we want to protect oportunities for each salesman, each one will be able to see/modify their own oportunities records. And we want to create a user with manager role profile that will be able to see/modify oportunities of everyone.

To achieve this result I tried to modify the user´s option called share all record, unchecking it from salesperson's users, also, kept checked on manager's user.

However when I logon as salesman user go to oportunities and change the filter by view to all oportunities it still getting access to oportunities assigned to others.

Any help will be welcome, thanks in advance.

Difficulties with international characters

We are facing dificulties with data stored in our database, international characters such as "ç" are shown as ASCII code "ç". This was not happening in the last week, and it was detected by our users today. This only happens in the data fields of the table with the rest of the GUI those characters are ok.
