Web-to-lead current capabilities

Method Team,

Using the Classic version of Method - if I want to create a form in the Advanced web-to-lead custom forms section, using the customer table as a base. Can I attach a link to another website in the form? If not, at the end of the form can you send the back to the original website? Can I create a pdf copy that will print for the person entering the data into the web-to-lead form? Can I create a pdf form that can be sent to SmartVault and linked back to the customer? If not, can I create a report that is saved to the customer's documents tab?

Method Team,

I have added a checkbox to a screen - when I close out of the screen it does not save the check mark - will save the caption and the box itself but not the check mark. It is not set to automate the check mark you have to click the box. My understanding was when I save the screen the check mark should be saved. The save button action says save all sections. This is an additional checkbox I have other checkboxes on the same screen and same section of the screen and they are saving fine.

Any direction you can give me would be appreciated.

When I go into Method under a user name I was under when doing some customization work I am able to go back to things like recently reviewed tables, etc. Certain things are saved just for that user. But now I do not need access to the account until we do another round of customization. So I want to inactivate that user. If I inactive a user and then later reactive the same user will I still have access to all the saved recently reviewed tables and other items. So do these type of things get saved in the database and stay there associted with the user wether the user has an active license or not? Or, once you inactive a license is all this information erased?

Does anyone know if you are in the contacts portal can you customize the portal to access SmartVault and upload documents that will then link back to the company the contact is associaed with?

I either read or heard there was a 500 piece limit - I would be fine with me if that were not true - I have not experienced a problem but I have heard about one - maybe something has changed - I just need to know for sure. Thanks.

Are there limitations on the volume of e-mails that can be sent through the List Builder? If so, is it based on a per run, per date or other bases?

I didn’t think so but it was worth a question. What if you saved the data to a table – created a report and directed the report to be saved in SmartVault – is that doable?

Can you direct a Custom Web Form to be saved into a specific SmartVault folder versus into a table? The folder the form will be saved to would need to be different for each form, so for every time. So maybe we could tie the folder name to the applicant's information we are requesting in the web form. I know we can save to table but not sure about a SmartVault folder.

If we can, is there any documentation you know of that will help me in how to do this.
