Just upgraded to the latest sync engine and it won't connect. All we got is "awaiting securte https connection". Any idea how we can resolve this issue? Thanks.

Changes in field can't be saved!

First of all, this screen has been created years ago without any recent modificaiton. Just start acting up. Change the Sales Price, click save and close. Go back into the edit saw the change is there. Move onto the next item then saw the Sales Price has been changed to the same amount. Try a different item and saw the same thing. Regenarate the screen now the Sales Price revert back to the original even for the one that we meant to change. Clear browser cache, restarted browser and tried on differnt computer still see this issue. Any ideas?

Also after more than 5 years using Method I still couldn't figure out how to open a support case. What am I doing wrong?

Error message when try to create a new record

We have a custom screen that allowed us to duplicate a SKU and then add a couple of lines to the description field. This morning we are getting the following error message.

"Insert Records Into Table Failed. A Text field from the screen was not found. Please edit your actions to ensure the field exists. If you continue to experience issues please regenerate the screen."

This screen is not new we had it for years and it function perfectly until today. What changed? Thanks.

Why is Method setting the API call limit back to 180 per min again? I thought you gusy realzie that 180 is way too low. We are a small size company and we maybe import less than 100 invoice a day using the API calls and we are hitting the limit easily.

I can confirm that InvenotryAdjustment Table seem to be OK but there are 2 tables related to any inventory adjustment (InventoryAdjustment and InventoryAdjustmentLine). Couple of lines into insert into the InventoryAdjustmentLine table via API we get "Table does not support add" error message. Our program has worked for years until the recent API change. We would greatly appreicate if you can let us know where the changes were made so we can update our program. Thanks.

Were there changes made to the API? We were able to make changes to the table: InventoryAdjustmen and InventoryAdjustmentLine but we are getting the error "Table does not support add" since Friday April 29th. How do we fix that issue? Thank you.

The Synce issuse is defintely not resolved. Still getting this error message,

Error: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.

Does condense data in Quickbooks cause problem with sync?

I read in the article that condense data to reduce data size may help with data corruption in QuickBooks. My question is that what happened to the data that is stored in Method when I condense my compnay file in QuickBooks? Do they still exist or I am going to see lots of conflit since these data will be deleted in QuickBooks? Thanks.
