what would cause invoices created in method not to come to quickbooks?

yes this is the first and only portal... so example is we have taken 4 different customers that are already in quickbooks with their email address etc. they go to that link, and click register they enter their email address same as the one in quickbooks and then they pick a user name and they get that error.....

we have tried 4 different customers and tried to create a user name and register with that email address and create a user name, we have verified these email addresses are only in our data base one time but it continues to give the following error.

Your email address was located, however it was located multiple times. You may want to try the 'Contact Us' option and explain that you have multiple accounts setup based on your email address.

ocassional save buttons missing for new lead

this is the second time this has happened to me ... it's very seldom but still anoying when it does happen, the buttons to save and whatnot are just missing at times, then you have to hit refresh on the entire browser page thus loosing all your info and having to re-enter again

your the man! somehow some crap EVER so small like 5 tables got inserted in the top left hand corner so once you posted your solutions i started shifting stuff inward making sure everything was WELL within margins and i noticed this jumble up there moved stuff around to get to it and then deleted all of them and BAM back to normal.

So somehow all a sudden my route list is printing one stop per piece of paper printing on 13 pages now instead of 3 and i cannot for the LIFE of me see what was changed, all my page breaks are set to none i've changed them all around since then but can't figure out why it's creating all this dead space.

all of a sudden in the last 72 hours the check box you describe no longer functions as intended i have been mapping columns correctly for all of my customers for a few months now with no issues. Till all a sudden today it continues to include the first line item in the address the name thus making me manually delete all the names to get it to actually map. I've re checked the box saved tried, then un checked and still no dice.

ok so i just bought the ipad 2 killer JUST for doing presentations and quotes in the field using method. just to be clear i'm speaking of the asus optimus prime running Icecream sandwhich android 4.0 and i was completely embarrased tonight when method was basically useless i'd go to type in a box and it would create another box at the top of the screen that i was typing in , then i would try to click to the next box and it would basically freeze, wouldn't select that new box and my text would be missing from what i just typed... is there a special browser i need to download that method works better in? i'm praying that now that i have a $550 tablet quad core processor i'm not about to find out it's all for nothing. I finally had to litterally give up and told her i'd email her... SAD Also why isn't your mobile page out of the box working with the quotes screen?

ok i see where there is now a checkbox under customize/portals/contact portals and i put a check in that box did a test but it's still asking for an email address....

so by default when you enter the customers information or when quickbooks sync's to method not sure it puts under billing to, the customers name in the first line apparently when you go to use the map column or map selected you get an error every time because it thinks their name is part of the address. how can we make it only pull the actual part that is the address such as the second and third lines, as well if there is so much as one character out of place it errors out. why not let the google suggestion take over and let it suggest the closest option.
