I can export a file from the employee table but when I try to import the employee table is not an option in the list. How can I import employee information form a csv?

documents and smart vault

I've been using the Smartvault storage feature for my associated Method docs. I'm thinking about cancelling my service with Smartvault and uploading my docs directly to Method. If I make this switch, will the docs I've already upload be moved over to Method? I want to be sure I don't lose anything when I cancel Smartvault. Thanks

invoice type

I am trying to edit the Invoice Type drop down on my work order screen. I'd like to change the options and add some new ones. Where can this be done.? I've been looking for a screen to edit but can't seem to find one . . .

on the new work order screen as soon as i select customer the error appears. just tried it again and this is what i got:

The Type DropDown containing , is not a selectable value.

I've been using the QBO_invoice screen for all my invoiceing. I noticed I have a new screen SchedInv_invoices. Is there any difference between the screens? Will there I run into any problems if I continue using QBO_invoice? It's been customized and I don't want to go through the hassle of customziing the other screen.

tab order on screen

I've done some customizing to my NewCustomer screen and everything is working fine. However, as I tab through fields it the cursor doesn't go in the order I'd like. What do I need to do to change the order the fields get tabbed through?

I sitll can't seem to get it to work. Should I enter the actions on the leadname or companyname field? (I want companyname to automatically change to leadname).

I tried using a lose focus action on leadname that got the value from screen and made companyname the same as leadname. I also tried using a gain focus action on the companyname field and neither worked.

clarification: leadname and customername are the fields i want to copy into the compnayname field
