Can I create or handle surveys/survey info using Method? I.e. if we send an on-line survey to our customers can Method hold it, receive it back, sort customers, etc.?

Contact form for website

How can I connect our website designer with info on how to attach a "contact us" form to our website that will filter in new leads? Is there also a way to make a checklist that will filter leads into certain campaigns - i.e. on the form if a customer selects options for different types of product updates they'd like to be aware of?

Loading Leads from Excel

I have a list of 100 contacts I'd like to efficiently upload from Excel into Method as Leads only. Any ideas?

Thanks Michael, I did try that sequence from your suggestion in another forum. Unfortunately, the error still comes up - and that's all it gives me. I'm not sure if it helps to know that it's written in a command prompt window.

Outlook Add-In Error: Failed to Install Cetificate

After saving the add-in the my desktop and beginning to Run for installation, I get a message that reads: "Installing Certificate... Failed to install certificate." I can't get any further. Help?
