&lt;p&gt;Mark and I fixed the method portal (error 2020) but now customers are complaining that they can no longer see the &amp;quot;HTTPS&amp;quot; in the address bar when they pay online. I believe this is because we recreated the credit card portals w/out the &amp;quot;Security&amp;quot; feature in Quickbooks. Can we fix this problem? I would like customers to know that things are secure and thus it would be nice to have them be able to pay via an HTTPS portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

It just doesn&amp;#39;t work when I try to process (via the phone) customers&amp;#39; credit cards when logged in as one of my reps. As for our payment portal, it seemed to be working fine up until about a week or so ago (maybe a little more) when customers started emailing saying they couldn&amp;#39;t pay online and they kept getting the error &amp;quot;2020:&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#222222;font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px;"&gt;session authentication required&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; message. I have a phone meeting at 8am PST with Mark La Crews tomorrow morning. Were going to try and see if we can fix this. If not, we will be reporting back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
