Hi Everyone,

When designing a web-to-lead form, under the "internal notification" section, how do you get that the customer's email is in the "from" field. This usually just make easier when replying :-)

What will happen if one customer makes another enquiry and use the same email address he used before? Will Method create another lead or update the existing one?

lead form just go AWOL

Hi there!

I have a small problem. This is second time today that my lead form just goes AWOL while I am still designing it :-(

I create a "standard" web to lead form with advanced options... then when i get to the step where i edit some field descriptions (and i don't change or use any functions etc, basically just hiding some fields with defaults & changing some descriptions). Then the screen stops loading with just a finish & back button, when i press either it gives me a whole list of fields that is "invalid" & that they will be removed.

After that looks like the whole form is "gone". Cant even go back into the menu & redo certain steps as it skips from step 1 to step 6 :-( (Screen shot attached)

Your help will be greatly appreciated :-)

Preview Estimate Error

I am trying to preview a estimate in method I created in quickbooks desktop, but it keeps on giving me this error :

This record could not be saved. The version of your accounting software does not support edits on this list or transaction from 3rd party software. Try editing the record directly in your accounting software instead.

Date problem when submitting

Hi guys!

Hope you all are well! I created a web to lead form, just one small problem, if I choose a date to be entered it does not give me a "date & time picker". This can oppose some problems as when you enter the date in the wrong format it gives quite a bad error & does not redirect the client back to my website...

Is there a way to validate the date field before submitting (or then to have a date & time picker poping up to ensure date & time is correct?)
