Can you please provide me with step by step information on how to encrypt and decrypt data. I want the credit card information to be encrypted when the data is entered into method and want it to show as encrypted when data entry workers/ sales reps/ etc users are viewing customer information. And I want it decrypted when Administrators are viewing customer information. I want it encrypted showing only the last 4 digits or the credit card number (ex ************9086).

I discovered how to create an action, but it's still not clear to me. I've gotten to the point where when you enter the credit card information into the field, it encrypts is as a bunch of characters.

Our clients send emails for quotes, orders, complaints etc, and I want to track them all in one place. Sometimes they send emails regarding the same issue to several employees and it would be good for everyone to see all the communication that takes place. Or sometimes, a customer will communicate with one employee and then that employee is absent, and no one knows what communication took place between that employee and that customer.

Makes sense?
