Syncing Method and QB Online for the first time

Hi,

I just signed on to Method Friday. I'm trying to sync Method and QB Online for the first time. I'm not having any success. I am using Firefox, downloaded the softward, but it does not seem to be connecting. Also, how do I know that it is syncing, will it tell me? I'm not getting any feedback one way or another once I hit the connect button, so it doesn't appear anything is happening. Any suggestions?
