&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I set up additional contacts for my customers to login to my portal and submit tickets/cases they all see the main customer account balance. &amp;nbsp;Is there any way I can disable this feature for certian and/or all users?&lt;/p&gt;
