Yep the error is still happening in the February version in Firefox and Chrome. so specific to that version it seems.

I can confirm it works for both firefox and chrome Justin.

must be something in the February update.

AND, if you reset to the October Version in both Firefox and Chrome, the problem dissappears.

not sure if that would have happened if I hadnt done the above actions too, but the above action sorted out the issue on my Windows Surface outright.

I think I've found a fix Justin, at least for IE, trying to see if google chrome works in a mo.

It seems Windows 7 and 8 have a tick box section allowing you to 'copy your current settings to: 'Welcome screen and system accounts' and 'New User Accounts',

this is found by clicking to 'Control Panel', 'Region and Language', and after checking 'Location' is correct, clicking on 'Administrative' and clicking the 'Copy Settings' button. In the new window, select the tick boxes the bottom 'Welcome screen and system accounts' and 'New User Accounts', and click 'OK'

hi Justin,

thanks for your response, this was the first thing i tried. i've just tried. few things, amongst them changing to a completely different timezone and most work and recognise the new local zone, but if I change it back to UTC for london, Edinburgh, Lisbon, when I reload, it reverts back to morocco standard time.

For some time now, all my devices are showing the local time onthe Field Service calendar in 'Morocco Standard Time'. I've treid resetting the browser and celaring cache etc but to no avail. I should be seeing GMT British Summer time or similar being in Scotland...

anyone else getting this? - it seems to be across browers - and devices - Apple safari, Windows using Google chrome and Mozilla firefox.

Hi Is it possible to roll a systm back 24hrs - I have somehow managed to edit a field (and now have no recollection of how I've done it to reverse it) and now instead of the client account name coming up in the Customer tables, I get a field which relates to only the lead status contacts from the last year.

in a bit of a panic having just spent 23 days setting up our summer schedule... please help!

FSC Calendar Stuck at the loading page..

I’m having some technical issues which have been a bug for me for a while now but after investing in new tech, thought I had it sorted .. however I’m afraid the problem has reappeared.

When using my new Surface RT, trying to load up the calendar with a number of users showing or even just a week view, the whole thing comes to a halt and sits in the loading status.

I used a Demo RT last week and it seemed to load fine, this new one is not any different in spec but it stalls at the calendar page. I'm using Windows RT intenet explorer, just as I did on the last machine I demo'd.

Any suggestions? #

PS. I used an ipad previously and experienced the same problem, but bought this Surface, putting it down to poor processor power, specifically to access the FSC Calendar screen in multi user/multi day modes and am understandably frustrated to have this happening with the new kit., that I've just shelled out hard cash for!

one other issue I'd like to be checked out is why I can't see appointments set in google on the calendar in method - Method sends appts to google ok but I don't seem to be able to see them in Method - I know from the summary in the sync page that the entry is being added but I can't see it coming up on the calendar anywhere. be obliged for help.

if this all fails, what are the costs involved in Method Consulting services? I am fairly sure I'm going to need help with some areas of the program through the winter to develop areas I need to develop.

I did mention that the error on the mobile sign in only comes up on IOS machines - seems to work fine on a pc or netbook
