When creating the invoices and estimated in Method Design Reports, I have successfully added the currect &amp;quot;label tasks&amp;quot; from the field list in the appropriote areas. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunitly, the type area that I want to pool from the customer invoice/ estimate screens that is being used is &amp;quot;Customer Type&amp;quot; (A Drop Down Field). The only option in the Design Report program is &amp;quot;Customer Type 3&amp;quot; (A Text Field), which obviously is not able to pool the correct information. &lt;/p&gt;

I would like to have the action, &amp;quot;Save and E-mail&amp;quot;, provide an option to use outlook e-mail with a PDF attached, instead of using the customer portal. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone completed this? It was my understanding form a tech call that an e-mail can be sent within outlook from Method with a PDF attached. I have not found a video about this, as I was told I could. I am having issues with how the Ship Date is displaying on the invoice. Instead of having it show like this:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I woud like it to display like so:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3/28/12&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you edit this field the same why you would edit the balance fields to show $100.25 instead of 100.000?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
