&lt;p&gt;I am aware however the desktop app doesn&amp;#39;t do much on its own without &amp;quot;plugins&amp;quot; (which allow it to connect to third party systems like Outlook, Salesforce, etc...). Lately Vocalocity has only been making Windows versions of new plugins they have been releasing, so Mac users haven&amp;#39;t been getting any new functionality.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Okay thanks. We&amp;#39;ve seen vocalocity but unfortunately, while they do have a mac version of their desktop software, they seem to only be releasing new plugins for windows. It would be fantastic if you could convince them to develop an integration that works on macs too, since Method is cross platform.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was wondering if anyone could provide any tips on how to integrate with my phone system so that when a call comes in, the customer&amp;#39;s record is pulled up automatically like a screen pop. My voip service has a feature where, each time a call comes in, their server can send an notification by sending an http request to some url and including the phone numer or caller ID. For example, it could send a post to http://methodintegration.com/method/someurlhere.aspx?search={callerid} &amp;nbsp;where the phone number is populated into the {}&amp;#39;s.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any tips on how to achieve this integration? Would it be possible to have an external service set some &amp;quot;last call from&amp;quot; variable and then have a button that you can click to search for the contact using whatever was last stored in this variable?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are new to method and were wondering if there is any way to customize the customer portal new case form/reply form to allow clients to upload files with their messages? I know that staff users have the capability to attach documents to a case, so why not customers?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any advice would be appreiciated. I read another thread on this forum referring to Community Webinar 24 for a similar answer, but both of the links were broken and I can not seem to find that webinar anywhere. Not sure if it would answer this question anyway..&lt;/p&gt;
