I think it is the web version and yes it is the difference thru scheduling & invoicing and the main version. I emailed consulting last week.

Just logging in, and all day use. It is just dragging. My staff is compling that it is very slow

issues with my invoicing and tax

I am having some issues with my invoicing and tax:

1) The tax is not transferring from the work order to the invoice

2) There are 2 different invoice screens
a) One created from the work order

b) One created from the customer screen

3) Tax not transferring to Quickbooks

System is running slow

The system is running really slow. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is taking forever for our screens to load.

Generate report help

I have created a custom report in the Method report designer and now I am trying to implement onto the screen. I have added the button and it pulls the info, but I want to create a filter where it only pulls what is on the screen selected as opposed to the entire list. OR have it pull by the date selected. I know it is requiring a filter, but I have not been very successful with implementing those.

Fields in Table= ?

Work order to invoice

I have a question- once you complete your work order and you perforn the action of "create invoice" should it remove from your work order list or do you have to close out the work order manually?
