Pivot Grid Report

I created a pivot grid report in the Report Desinger. When previewed it show the first 100 customers.

1.) I can not seem to find a way to preview more records

2.) When I create a report page in MethodCRM nothing returns

3.) When I use one of the build in report pages one page of records is returned

I have been successful getting graph reports to display in MethodCRM

If I were to get the report to return in MehodCRM would all the records be in the report?

If yes. How do I get the report to display in MethodCRM?

Thank you for your reply Greg. Correct me if I am wrong, but, in inventory control, the lot number is stored with the purchase receiving transaction. In QB the Lot number is entered on the purchase receiving transaction. The lot number is then stored with the inventory quantity on hand in a "lot layer" of quantity on had per that specific lot number. THEN when the lot number is sold on an invoice it will appear with the customer invoice. What we are looking for is a list of the lot numbers associated with the quantity on hand from receiving. Many businesses need visibility of the lot numbers at the time of Sales Order creation. The lot numbers many times contain the expiration date of the product which is crucial to the sales order process. Can you tell me where the "lot layers" are stored in MethodCRM?

Are the QBE Advanced Inventory lot numbers able to sync with MethodCRM. I have loaded the latest engine but when I export the InventoryControlBin file it is empty.

Getting ERROR:Login Failed: If you have attempted to log in several times, please wait 10 Minutes before trying again. on import screen again is there any way to reset?

Hi Ashur. I tried to finish the import. Some of the records imported but the majority did not. I recieved a message that is now gone that said that the user did not have permissions to perform the import. The user I am using is the administrator user and in the beginning of the import majority records did start import. It appears that the records began to timeout about 30% through the import. There were roughly 18000 records to importwith the file size of about 3 MB. As a stated the import began to work correctly and then failed around 30% to the process. I didn't received the fix screen which I then proceeded to try to finish the import and the fix screen returned the following error. At this point the import table is fairly messed up and should be reimported. Can I run a SQL script to delete the contents of the table and restart the import? What would you suggest?

It is cleared up this morning. It took the night for it to clear. I had it happen on an import once before about 3 months ago. It happens when you abort an import.

Being a web/server side application, restarting the router on the browser side doesn't make sense. I tried a different browser so it isn't browser cache. I suspect the error that suspends the table list on the server side isn't resetting correctly.

I have the following message on my import screen. It says 10 minutes but has been there for over an 3 hours.

tThe field was a yes/no field that had been added to the Sales Order table. After adding the field, the report would not open and the error referenced the field. Once removed, the report openned. I then readded the field and the report opened again correctly.
