Question Method and QB Online

I currently use Method with QB Desktop version but I am thinking of moving to online version of QB. As you know QB online does not allow for the use of Sales Orders. My question is if I switch to QB online will I still be able to create Sales Orders in Method. My process now is to create a sales order in method and then when ready to invoice I convert it to an invoice in method. I then process the invoice in QB. So techincally I do not need the Sales orders to be in QB just in method. But was wondering if switch to QB online will the creation of Sales Orders then be disallowed in method?

I do have a question about reopt. From your instructions "WARNING: Your contacts will receive an email from MailChimp asking them to confirm their subscription to your list. Therefore, do your testing wisely! We recommend making a tag called ‘MailChimpTest’ and assigning it to a few internal test contacts, and only choosing this tag when exporting."

My question is if I already have all my customer names and emails in Mail Chimp and then I connect Method CRM account to Mail Chimp wil it sedn reopt email to my customers?

I don't see any direct way to integrate with Mail Chimp. If I am overlooking please let me know? If there is not are there any plans to integrate in the future? Many of your competitors integrate with Mail Chimp and would be a great feature. List Builder is cumbersome to use and just not offer as many featires as a service like Mail Chimp. Why try to reinvent the wheel whne Method could link into some great services?

Is it possible to create a button or click field with a password? I have certain fields like delete invoice that I need to be only one that can do so. Since the hide by user function not availaible yet was wondering if can make it where a password has to be entered before action will be taken when click.

I eneded up fixing this. Not sure how or why but a setting in my google gadget had changed. I went in and changed and all is well.

When I click on the view/edit on a customer in the google gadget it takes me to outside link that says

"Welcome to link.methodintegration.com. Gatekeeper for your short, easy to remember links to Method.

Reasons for seeing this page:"

Below the text above it gives me a long link.

I am signed into method it recognizes customer and allows me to add activity, view other info etc.. But something is wrong with view/edit..

Please advise

Two Fields same screen same data?

I have two fields on a screen lets call them field 1 and field 2. I want whatever is in field 1 to automatically appear in field 2. I know how to set this up where when field 1 loses focus it would fill field 2 but I already have alot of data in my system so losing focus would only work for new or chaged entries.

Is there a way to simply tell field 2 to pull whatever data is in field 1 thus pulling all my exsisting data etc in?
