&lt;p&gt;The new Activity is method default ans has not been modified. The default activity status of Not Started is not setting. I belive it used to and is not anymore. We have not modified the status list however we have added some activity types. Users have modified the CRM preferences under My CRM Preferences screen and have set both a default activity type and status that they would like to use. We love the Gmail gadget but it should would be great if the contact/customer lookup would look up the email in the sent address. We often find ourselves sending a customer a email that will likly require a follow up and it would be great when composing an email if the email could be captuered and turn in an activity. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Please note this is with the standard Method Payment Screen. Cards to have a limit but checks do not have the same limit. Also the NameOnCard field was automatically populated from the account information. Please correct the logic when the Payment Type is somthing other then a card. Thanks!&lt;/p&gt;

We are using the August version and our screens are publishing but our first attempt we did not notice an update for a day and another screen update yesterday took several hours. &lt;p&gt;Is there a way to relate an activity to a &amp;quot;Global Case&amp;quot;. In other words if I have a system that is down and it is effecting multiple customers. When multiple customers email/phone in for support it would be nice to create an activity and instead of typing the details of the issue repetitivly, just to realte to a Global Case ot case that is not specifically assigned to a customer.
