How can I add an attachment to a Method-originated email?

I want to use Method to send out a newsletter to my client list, but I don't see where/how to attach a file of any type.

What if the sales rep doesn't exist in QB as a sales rep? then what? Can I get someone at Method to edit the table behind the scenes to remove a particular sales rep from the table?

Someone at method told me to select a vendor to be a sales rep, when it fact it's the employee with the same name that should have been selected. Now I have a sales rep I want to delete but can't. I can't delete them as a vendor in QB as they are a real vendor. Worse yet is that I can't add a new sales rep with the same initials, so I either have to dummy up initials for the new rep (makes them feel good to have incorrect initials) or find a way to delete the original sales rep entry. Making them inactive doesn't seem to do the trick as they still show on the list with initials. Help please.

I had the same issue with the list builder and leaving the Contacts.FirstName text in an email where it was supposed to personalize it. What makes me really angry about this is that Method's own "what is a merge field" dialog says to do it this way on the email template screen. If an email template isn't going to work when using listbuilder, why require that an email template be used? And oh by the way, that syntax does work as intended when sending the same email template from an individual activity screen. How can this kind of inconsistency be tolerated? And as with PDirect's problem, I agree 100% with the statement of "How are we supposed to know about this?" We pay for Method to make this kind of mass email easier, and instead you just make us look stupid. Nice. Do I really need two separate templates to send the same message - one if sending from listbuilder and one if sending from the activity screen?
