What would I do if.....</title><link>http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/p/4048/15597.aspx#15597</link><pubDate>Thu, 17 Jan 2013 19:01:57 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">3393c1ec-311b-4812-96cb-ad8c611bba4f:15597</guid><dc:creator>Michael</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I am wanting to create a work order that&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; has a status of&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;is waiting on someone else&amp;quot; &amp;nbsp;In my case I am waiting for &amp;quot;Ol Man Winter&amp;quot; or Jack Frost&amp;quot;. &amp;nbsp;The problem is that I need to have a new work order&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;ready &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;and available&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;whenever I complete a route&lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; so I can process Time Cards to them&lt;/span&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Preference is a &amp;quot;recurring&amp;quot; work order that is not triggered by a date but triggered by the original Work Orders being scheduled or completed. &amp;nbsp;The idea is that I can assign the work orders on Monday when it snows and have another set ready for Tuesday (or Monday Night if its bad enough) &amp;nbsp;How hard would it be to trigger another occurrence of the Work O&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;rders&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; on a route&lt;/span&gt; by changin&lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;g &lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;the status of those that &amp;quot;were waiting on someone else&amp;quot;&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; to in progress?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have so far not entered an work order for any of our regular winter lists. &amp;nbsp;These lists are generated by weather and not by a regular schedule (not per se recurring) &amp;nbsp;I would love to be able to view a list at the end of a snow day. &amp;nbsp;I would then check off the customers (wo&amp;#39;s) on the list done by each crew, assign these work orders to that crew and then enter the job costing pre crew. &amp;nbsp; Any ideas&lt;/p&gt;
