&lt;p&gt;Darrin&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Deleting Large Amount of Customers</title><link>http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/p/4551/17541.aspx#17541</link><pubDate>Thu, 16 May 2013 16:36:50 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">3393c1ec-311b-4812-96cb-ad8c611bba4f:17541</guid><dc:creator>PetzLife D</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;So we are a company that has customer types &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;who are &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;end consumers, wholesalers, and distributors.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt;We have them labeled as different &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_4_start"&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;customer types&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_3_start"&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt; in Quickbooks and Method.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_5_start"&gt;For the use of Method, we DO NOT need the end consumer, or what we have labeled &amp;quot;retail&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Problem is, back when we imported our customers from Quickbooks, we accidentally imported ALL types of customers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt; and our retail customers make up a large amount of that list&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt; (20,000&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;+)&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_10_start"&gt;We would like to get these types of customers out of the way as I believe it would speed up our database and get rid of the major clutter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;Is there a way for us to delete those &amp;quot;retail&amp;quot; customers &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_11_start"&gt;en masse &lt;/span&gt;from our method database &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;without deleting them from quickbooks?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
