I am having the same problems as this user... I can't figure out how to properly use Campaigns and have started to wonder if it's a bug in the application. I guess I'll start with a few questions:

1) Is it possible to have a single contact associated with multiple campaigns?

2) If so, how should I add a contact to a Campaign?

3) I've created Activities that are associated with both Customers/Leads/Contacts AND a particular Campaign but have yet to see these Contacts show up under the Contact tab in the Campaign.

Here is a scenario: I am planning an event later this year. As I come across new or existing leads or contacts, I'd like to add them to a list so that, when it comes time to advertise the event, I have that list handy. I have created a Campaign with my event name and date, but I can't figure out how to assign contacts to the Campaign.

Please help!

I'm sorry I wasn't clear on this.

I know how to create a template. I've made a dozen or more. However, no matter how many times I change the font in my email template to Calibri and 11 pt, the font in my received email (sending to myself to test) is Times New Roman - of various sizes.

I have been fighting this problem for 3 days and finally got fed up. Is it even possible to set a font other than Times New Roman for email templates?

I've tried typing/pasting the new content into the editor and then setting the Calibri font and size to 11 pt and I've tried setting the font and size the very last thing before saving the template. I have sent myself dozens of test emails and Calibri with 11 height is in maybe 1 out of 10.

Help!

Well, just to be clear, I'm only using one monitor at a time. The problem occurs when the laptop is docked and the lid is closed and the monitor screen is active. I can change the window size to have the tabs and tablinks reappear, but it'll only fix itself when the Chrome window is 1/2 of maximized.

And, for what it's worth, I used the application a lot for the two weeks up until 3/5 and didn't have this problem at all. It just suddenly became an issue on 3/5.

I think I understand what you're asking...

If I am in Chrome, whether I have one or have a dozen tabs open, and log into Method, all tabs and tablinks are immediately collected into "More>>".

This is still an issue for me. I'm using Chrome and, when viewing the screen on my laptop the window can be maximized without a problem. But, when docked and viewing with a separate monitor, I have to size the window to almost 1/2 the screen width in order to see all of the tabs instead of just the "More>>" collection of tabs.

Yes, I'm using Chrome so I guess this is a known issue. It corrected itself but I didn't know why. I think it happened when I undocked from my docking station and monitor which would probably have resized the window.

QB items purchased info to Method tag

I am just learning to use Method and am trying to figure out the best way to track the different items/services purchased by my customers.

I can see the items purchased by each individual customer, but would like to have the ability to build a list based on the items purchased. For instance, if I need to send an email to all customers who purchased my "Training Manual #1", how would I create that list?

I'm guessing the best way would be to create a Tag with "Manual#1" and then build the list using that Tag. If that's the recommendation, what is the easiest way to translate QB sales of particular items to a Method Tags? I will need to find a way to do a bulk-edit for prior sales and also a way to do it for sales from this point forward.

missing tabs and tablinks

When I logged into Method this morning all of my tabs had consolidated into a single "More" tab and all tablinks consolidated into "More" tab as well.

I'm still on my trial and am still messing things up - can you tell me what I've done?
