Our company hosts a competition 2-3 a year with various events and levels depending on the amount the customer pays.

What are are trying to do is three fold:

1) Customize Method to look for specific paramaters marked on each customer to generate a schedule of events specific to each customer based on the events they are participating determined by the level they purchase and the time/day that we set for the events themselves without overlapping events. It needs to be able to populate a registration form based on their contact information and specific schedule to allow the customer to know what they are doing every second of each day during the competition. It also needs to be able to generate a unique 4 digit number based on their age with the numbers limited to the groups we designate, I.E. 1000-1999, 2000-2999, etc., without any duplicates

2) At our on-site registration, we need to able to generate a master list of those scheduled to attend the competition and allow staff to go in to the master list and check a box to indicate that the customer has shown up and allow us to print their schedule (outlined above) on the spot. Our staff can then also generate a list of those registered for each event.

3) Based off of those that are checked in at registration an secondary list is populated for our judges to access via guest portals that shows the customers unique 4 digit number (which is used for identification purposes throughout the competition in lieu of their name) and will allow the judges to either enter scores (only specific events are scored) or put a check mark next to those they are interested in. Our staff will then need to be able to generate two separate reports from the secondary list: 1) a report that shows how many judgeds check marked a specific number and totals the number of check marks and 2) populate a list for each customer identifying which judges put a check mark next to their number.
