I want to use method to tell me the coversion rate of Leads to Customers, and I can't just create separate users and use the provided ones. We've only got two sales people and they're both unwilling to use the CRM and are pretty dense about technology. So what's the workaround here, and how can I generate a report for this?

Thanks in advance. Also sorry if this is bold - it wouldn't let me type anything until I selected a formatting option.
