When editing an Activity, you can see the associated contact info in the left window. It seems like I should be able to click on their Facebook, LinkedINn or Website and bring that link up but nothing happens. Is there a browser setting that must be set?

Can you create a new contact while in Log Call?

In the Log Call screen, supposedly you can create a new contact - at least according to the dialog header when you click the elipsis next to the Contact field. However, I don't see how I can add a new contact to an existing customer or lead. Throughout our business process we have new contacts calling to add themselves to accounts, it would be nice to be able to do this from the Log Call screen rather than bringing up the customer screens.
