At first, I thought I figured it out. But now, i realized that if i use the Contacts table, it gives me everyone in Customer and Lead. I just want all contacts that are Customers. I have either gotten all contacts in lead and customer or only the primary contact from the customer table. I dont know how to do this.

i am trying to export all contacts, but everytime i use Customize, Export, i only get the main contact. I need all contacts for each company. I tried to select contacts in step 3, but that doesnt give me the additional company contacts. Help.

Quickbooks billing info in Method

Originally I started using Method as a CRM and while I synced it to QB, I didnt really try to utilize the functionality of the QB integration until now. Here is the problem that I am having. From a CRM perspective, we enter a new Lead with the contacts information and the company address. However, if we convert the lead to a customer, this data syncs to QB, but is often NOT the billing email. So, while I can differentiate physical mailing addresses (Billing and Shipping), QB gets the customer info from Method as if it is the billing info. The problem is when we need to bill by email from QB. I have to go back to the Customer in Method and change it to the billing contact, email, phone, etc. and then add my existing contact as a new contact. Am I missing something, because this is a major inconvenience and I figure there has to be a better way.

CRM_EditCustomer Field and Screen Error

In an attempt to delete a Field that I had created, it errored out and said that I still had the Field in use on a Screen and now I can not load either the CRM_EditCustomer, Field or Screen. I get the following error.

ERROR: One or more fields referenced by your actions were not found on the screen. Please make sure all actions specify a valid object on the screen and republish. If the problem continues, please contact an administrator.

How can I fix this?
